What is a social media scheduler? A social media scheduler is software that keeps your posts on a calendar and publishes them to your accounts on the dates you pick, so nobody has to post by hand. Blaze is a social media scheduler that also makes the posts: it writes and designs them in your brand, puts them on one calendar, posts them to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Google Business Profile, and shows how they did.
What Blaze schedules on each network
| Network | What Blaze posts | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Posts, carousels (up to 10 slides), Stories, Reels | Business or creator account linked to a Facebook Page; Reels 3 seconds to 15 minutes | |
| Image and video posts, Stories, to a Page | One Page per workspace | |
| Image and video posts to profiles and company Pages | Video up to 500MB; analytics for company Pages only | |
| X | Image and video posts | Video 1 to 140 seconds; captions must fit 280 characters when cross-posting |
| TikTok | Video, posted directly | Photo carousels not supported yet |
| YouTube | Shorts | No long-form video |
| Google Business Profile | Posts | - |
Blaze does not post to Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky or Snapchat.
How scheduling works in Blaze
- One calendar: month and week views, drag a post to a new day, an Unplanned tab for posts without a date, and Post Now. Grid, list and table views too.
- A status on every post: draft, autoscheduled, reminder set, or posted.
- Autopilot: Blaze makes a weekly batch of posts, carousels and videos in your style for you to review before they publish.
- Campaigns: Starter runs 1 active and 1 upcoming campaign; Growth runs several at once.
- Cross-posting the same post to several networks, and editing or regenerating several posts at once.
- Approvals before a post goes out, on the Growth plan.
- Results: the Insights tab shows highlights for each account over 7 or 30 days, with history up to a year.
Scheduling from Claude, ChatGPT or Codex
With the Blaze MCP server, you can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Codex to make a week of posts and put them on your Blaze calendar. Everything it makes is saved as a draft until it is scheduled or published.
